This Privacy Policy applies to orderstarinternet.org, operated by Order Star Internet, a DBA of DigiQuest Consulting LLC ("Order Star Internet," "we," "us," or "our"). We are an independent reseller and marketing partner for participating internet and telecommunications providers — not the provider itself. This policy explains our own data practices; it does not describe the privacy practices of the providers you may ultimately order service from, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

Information you provide directly — such as your name, phone number, email address, service address or ZIP code, and any details you share with us by phone, web form, or email when you ask about availability, request information, or place an order.
Information collected automatically — such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page, and approximate location derived from IP address, collected through cookies and similar technologies when you use this website.
Call information — when you call us or we call you, we may collect the phone number, call duration, and, where applicable, a recording of the call. See Calls & recordings and our Call Recording Notice.

We do not ask for and you should never provide us your Social Security number, bank account or payment card numbers, driver's license number, or other highly sensitive identifiers through this website or over the phone with our team.

How we use information

To check what services may be available at your address and respond to your inquiry;
To help you complete an order with the applicable provider;
To communicate with you about your inquiry or order, including by phone, text, or email;
To operate, maintain, and improve this website;
To monitor and record calls for quality assurance and staff training, as described in our Call Recording Notice;
To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud and to meet our legal and contractual obligations, including obligations under our agreements with providers and master marketing partners; and

Participating providers and master marketing partners — when you request information or place an order, we share the relevant details (such as your name, contact information, and service address) with the applicable provider or its designated marketing partner so they can confirm availability and fulfill your order.
Service vendors — companies that help us operate our business, such as call-handling, telephony, hosting, and analytics providers, acting on our behalf and under obligations to protect your information. Legal & safety — when required to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Order Star Internet, our customers, or others.

Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing info@orderstarinternet.org or calling (855) 855-9653. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law.
